Council letters user testing

In order to improve communications with residents and reduce avoidable contact, SDS were asked by Tandridge District Council to user test 6 existing letters with users:

  • Council Tax bill
  • Council Tax Reminder Notice
  • Rent Arrears letter
  • Eviction arrears letter
  • Council Tax Support letter
  • Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support letter

SDS suggested an alternative for each of the above with users in order to gain insightful and constructive user feedback for both the existing and alternative letters.
