Customer Account user testing
In October, SDS conducted a day of user testing at Sevenoaks District Council, exploring residents’ views of their website and My account function. This involved residents attempting to complete various scenarios leading them to either set up an account or login to an existing account.
SDS were able to document residents’ thoughts about what they found and whether their expectations had been met. SDS supported the Sevenoaks user experience team in analysing the results and gave advice about how to prioritise the findings into actionable activities.
