Google Analytics Training

Tunbridge Wells Borough Council have a new waste contract with some key changes happening at the end of September. The TWBC Communications Team asked SDS for some Google Analytics training to enable them to understand the traffic through the TWBC website. This is so that they can quickly assess their marketing efforts and make any necessary changes throughout what will undoubtedly be a busy time. During a short training session, we identified some key areas of data and established some reporting methods that will enable the Comms team to monitor their marketing campaigns as they start to push more communications out to residents.
